Photograph by: Billy Liggett The Sanford HeraldOn Monday 1/18/2010 a vehicle accident caused a car to slam into a house at 423 Charlotte Ave.
Sanford Fire Department responded to the call finding the vehicle had severed a natural gas line and the vehicle and the house were on fire. The fire department controlled the fire until the gas company arrived to cut the gas off. There were only minor injuries with the accident.
